Josh is very professional, super fast, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He installed a new HVAC unit for us in 2009 which has worked great. He has done maintenance on it for us over the years always for a very competitive rate with a very quick response time. Tonight (a Sunday at 5:30pm) I noticed the house was very chilly and realized my unit was not working. I called Josh and left a message to get on the schedule for the upcoming week. He called me back in 10 minutes and was out at the house in 30 minutes. I am writing this review in a now toasty home an hour and a half later (Did I mention that it is 7:00 pm on a Sunday!?!) because not only did Josh diagnose the problem correctly (bad capacitor), but also had the replacement part on his truck! He is very service oriented and treats his customers right! I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks, Josh!

Josh thanks for telling me it was my fault that my house flooded. Oh wait, no it wasnt and I'm sorry your machine stopped working but is it not made for that kind of work? If it wasn't you shouldn't have used it. You should stand by what you do and take some pride in your work. Telling someone that if you have to come back out just to fix a minor issue would cost $400 (for the cost of your equipment) is bad business. One star? I would give you zero stars.
